Xu Quanxin is the Deputy Director of the Technology Research Center for Green Road & Bridge Materials at XiYueFa Group, and a recipient of the prestigious “SanJin Talent” Award of Shanxi Province. He obtained his MSc degree from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in the Netherlands and worked as a researcher at Latexfalt B.V., specializing in sustainable pavement technologies. Since returning to China in 2019, Mr. Xu has focused on the research and development of green preservation and maintenance technologies, functional pavement materials, and the resource utilization of solid wastes. He has led or participated in numerous key technology development initiatives and international scientific exchange projects. Mr. Xu has applied for over 20 Chinese and PCT patents, contributed to the formulation of several industry standards, and is currently leading multiple government-funded R&D projects. He is also pursuing a PhD at Jiangnan University.
